You can take an insurance or connectivity subscription via the Smart app or webshop. 

  • Open the Smart app. Tap at the bottom of the home screen on the tab 'bike'. Then tap on the bar for connectivity or insurance to take out an subscription. 
  • Go to the webshop via your browser on a device of your choice and open or

Insurances are only available for customers living in the Netherlands.

If you are externally insured, the insurance is not visible in the app.
